Leiden University currently has 182 alumni Key Sponsors of the University of Leiden. Key Sponsors donate a sum of € 2.500,- to the LUF. A special scheme has been devised for couples. They donate a sum of € 3.750,-.
This sum is donated in five annual amounts of € 500,- in the form of an annuity. The LUF pays the legal costs. It is possible to make a one-off donation to account number 164535 in the name of the Leiden University Fund in Leiden, reference Key Sponsor.
Your benefits as a Key Sponsor
- Your name will be featured in Leiden University Fund publications and on the website of the Leiden University Funds.
- Personal invitation for the opening of the academic year, the Dies Natalis of Leiden University on February 8 and the Dies Natalis for alumni on the first saturday after Feburary 8.
- Invitations for meetings for Key Sponsors during special occastions (a university lustrum for example)
For Life Members there is a special arrangement. They can become Key Sponsors for
€ 1.600,- (€ 320,- per year). Couples who have life membership can become Key Sponsors of Leiden University for € 2.200 (€ 440,- per year).
