Academics, alumni and students play an important role in the organisation and boards of the LUF.

In countless offices, libraries, and laboratories, dedicated researchers – supported by the donors of the Leiden University Fund – are working to deepen our fundamental understanding of the world and the people around us. They make the unknown known and push the boundaries of existing fields of science.

Our annual report provides an overview of our activities including some good examples of research and teaching projects by students and researchers. These are projects that have been made possible thanks to the support and engagement of our benefactors.

One of the conditions for receiving a LUF grant is that you submit a final report.
